Anthony Hicks founded the company in 1980 and is now a company director. He supervises all ongoing projects and schedules upcoming works, paying close attention to quality control issues and offering on site technical support. Tony also liaises directly with customers and on site personnel.
Gary Kelly has been with the company since 1995, and is a company director. His key roles include management of company accounts and finance, personnel, PAYE and recruitment. Gary is also responsible for dealing with all Health and Safety issues and company advertising and marketing.
Graham Stevens has been with the company for two decades. He began as an apprentice carpenter in Chatham Dockyards before joining Anthony Hicks and working his way up to company director. He manages the initial enquiries with customers as a company representative, providing estimates and scheduling work as and when required. Graham also deals with site surveys and Health and Safety issues.
Karen Rolfe is a technician and currently holds a City & Guilds AutoCAD and a BSc. (Ordinary) in Building Maintenance Management, assisting Ron Park with full planning drawings and listed building consent drawings.
Ron Park is a design manager and currently holds a PGDip (Dist) in Timber Building Conservation and is working towards his MSc in Timber Building Conservation.
