We were contacted by Mr & Mrs Fraser who were looking to expand their successful B&B business.  They required a new oak frame building to house a commercial kitchen and large function room.  This multifunctional frame was to provide both a practical solution for the commercial kitchen and a stunning feature for the large adjoining oak frame function room. 

We were instructed as the specialist contractor to design and build a traditional oak frame that would blend in with the surrounding buildings and provide a stunning back drop to their future business.  After consultation with Mr & Mrs Fraser the frame design was approved and manufacture began at our framing workshop. Every framing joint was pre-assembled at our workshop prior to delivery, this guaranteed a perfect fit and an efficient construction process.

The completed new build project provides the perfect setting for a wedding and is also ideal for a business conference or training venue.  The large hall with exposed oak beams is used as a function suite and their restaurant with award winning home made food is a must for anyone looking for a luxurious dining experience. The overhanging oak roof line and superb terrace provides an opportunity to relax with a glass of wine and enjoy the tranquil setting with beautiful views over the surrounding countryside.
