We will visit the property and take into account a number of factors while discussing the client's requirements. Our experts will consider the size and setting of the property, any previous extensions, and the most appropriate location for a new extension, before creating an initial design proposal to show elevations and a detailed cross section.

This enables you to get a feel for the proposed design, and we can then work together to make adjustments before forwarding the proposals to the conservation officer for an informal view, or to develop into full planning drawings.
